How to Sign "Numbers"

“Numbers” is signed by repeatedly touching and twisting the tips of your fingers and thumbs together from each hand:

• Form both hands into flat-O shapes (fingertips touching thumb).
• Bring your hands together so fingertips meet.
• Twist slightly and tap fingertips together a couple of times.

• The motion looks like numbers “mixing” or “exchanging.”
• Use steady, small movements — don’t rush it.

Common Mistakes

• Just tapping — remember to twist slightly each time.
• Hands too far apart — fingertips must touch.
