How to Sign "Live"

“Live” (as in “live somewhere” or “live your life”) is signed by drawing lines outward from your head with both hands:

• Form both hands into loose flat-“5” shapes (fingers spread, palms facing out).
• Place them near your temples or upper head.
• Move both hands outward and down slightly in small arcs—as if highlighting your life radiating outward.

• Think of life emanating from the mind or head outward.
• Keep motion flowing and rhythmic—not stiff or rushed.

Common Mistakes

• Using closed hands or wrong handshapes—must be flat open hands.
• Motion too small or inward—should arc outward gently.

Think: “Life radiates outward—live fully.”
