How to Sign "Know"

“Know” is signed by tapping the side of your dominant hand’s fingertips to your forehead:

• Form a loose flat handshape with fingertips together.
• Tap the fingertips lightly to the side of your forehead.

Tips

• The forehead touch maps to “knowledge”—tap gently and confidently.
• Keep hand flat and fingers together—don’t curl or splay them.

Common Mistakes

• Using only one fingertip—use the flat side of multiple fingertips.
• Touching too far back or too low—should be side of forehead.

Think: “Fingertips tap knowledge in the mind.”
