“College” is signed by forming “C” handshape with both hands, brushing one hand over the top of the other:

• Form a “C” shape with your non‑dominant hand, palm down.
• Form a “C” with your dominant hand, palm facing toward you.
• Brush the dominant “C” across and slightly under the non‑dominant “C.”
